Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Accessibility is considered when we design new pages rather than added afterwards.

What we do

• Semantic HTML with a single, descriptive heading structure on every page
• Descriptive alternative text on every product and lifestyle image
• Text and background colour combinations tested for AA contrast
• Full keyboard navigation, with visible focus states on links, buttons and form fields
• Labelled form fields and clear, text-based error messaging
• Responsive layouts that reflow cleanly at 200% zoom and on small screens

Known limitations

Product photography relies on visual detail that alternative text can only partly convey. If you would like a fuller verbal description of any piece, including colour, finish and scale, contact us and we will happily provide one.
