Cookie policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

We keep storage to a minimum. Google tags load in a consent-denied state: no analytics or advertising cookies are set until you accept them.

Essential (always on)

• gartenia.cookie-consent.v1 (local storage) — remembers your cookie choice.
• gartenia-cart (local storage) — keeps your basket between visits.
• gartenia:order / gartenia:customer (browser storage) — keeps your checkout in progress and the delivery details you typed.
• Stripe — the card form sets security cookies to prevent fraud.

Analytics (only with your consent)

• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics 4 cookies, loaded through Google Tag Manager, kept for up to 13 months.
• gartenia_session_id (local storage) — a random id for our own page-view statistics.

Marketing

We do not currently use advertising cookies.

Changing your choice

Use the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page to change or withdraw your consent at any time. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
