Free tracked delivery on every UK order, with no minimum spend. Orders placed by 2:00 PM London time (GMT/BST) on a business day are dispatched in 1–2 business days, then take 2–5 business days in transit — 3–7 business days in total. We email your tracking number when your parcel is dispatched.

Return any item within 14 days of delivery, faulty or not. A free prepaid return label is included in your parcel, there is no restocking fee, and we refund within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Items must be unused and in its original condition; original packaging where possible.

Payments are handled by Stripe and we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card details are processed by Stripe only — we never see or store them.
