- Contact details: name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address
- Order information: items purchased, order value, payment status and delivery records
- Correspondence: messages you send us by email, phone or the contact form

- Marketing preferences: whether you have subscribed to our email newsletter
We do not store your full card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider, who handles card data directly under PCI-DSS standards.

4. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with our fulfilment partners and carriers (Royal Mail, Evri and DPD) to deliver your order, our payment provider to process payment, and our email and hosting providers to operate the site. We never sell your personal data.

Where a service provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to ensure your data receives equivalent protection.
6. How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. General correspondence is kept for 24 months.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any right, email support@gartenia.store. We respond within one month.
