Before You Track
- Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Tracking information becomes available after dispatch.
- UK delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, 3–7 business days in total from your order.
- During busy periods, tracking updates may take several hours to appear.
How your parcel reaches you
This is the standard route every Gartenia order takes. It is an explanation of the process, not a live status for your parcel.

Orders are packed and dispatched from the UK by our fulfilment partner.

We email your tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves us.

The courier scans your parcel as it moves through their network.
- Step 5Delivered
2–5 business days after dispatch, 3–7 business days in total, anywhere in the UK.
