1. About us

2. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If an item is unavailable, or if a pricing error is identified, we will contact you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is free. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider.

4. Products

Many of our pieces are made from natural materials such as stone, ceramic and hand-blown glass. Variation in veining, glaze and finish is a characteristic of these materials rather than a fault. Product images are as accurate as photography allows; screen colours may vary slightly.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days from order. Full details are in our shipping policy.

6. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery under our returns policy, which also explains your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. See also our warranty information.

8. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. We are not liable for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photography and the Gartenia name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Gartenia and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
